We offer care support to meet service user’s needs and enhance their life at home, enabling people to make choices about how they choose to live. Calls vary from pop-in to 24 hour care of individuals with complex needs.
Our services include:
All personal care (washing, dressing, bathing, showering, assisting to use the toilet & assistance with continence aids)
Medication supervision – all staff are trained to assist with medication.
Shopping / pharmacy visits / bill paying
Reablement – Extra support following a fall, hospital discharge or illness
Overnight care – Either regular or temporary
Sitting service – Support at home tailored to an individual’s needs. This can be one off or regular.
Crisis Support – Where and when it is needed.
All of our care is flexible and reviewed as often as needed, ensuring our service users get the level of care and support they require.
Our team of driver carers are able to accompany service users to the shops, doctors, hairdressers, sociable outings please call us with your requests.
We also have staff able to assist with leisure activities such as gardening, growing vegetables, fruit & flowers and trips to garden centres etc.
Staff are able to clean, do laundry and ironing and any other chores which can become a burden, such as assistance with bill paying.
Company and support, to enable people to write letters, chat with, learn new skills such as using the internet and self-empowerment.
We provide fully DBS (CRB) checked staff with the right qualifications and experience to assist our service users. All activities are fully insured to give all peace of mind.
Our hourly rate stars from £15.00 per hour depending upon location and type of care required.
We offer calls starting from 15 minute medication / welfare checks through to 24 hour care.
Our rates are reviewed annually to remain competitive.
All your needs are assessed by a member of the team who can agree a support package to meet your needs. This usually takes between 30 -45 minutes and is a free service. You will not be charged even if you choose not to use our services.
We invoice monthly, by either post or email. Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer.
15 minute checks are subject to risk assessments and are not appropriate for some groups of service users.
We are always looking to recruit new members of our team. Experience is not essential as we provide all training and support. We are looking for individuals who want to help others and have a caring nature.
NVQ training is offered and supported from level 2 up to level 5, so our staff can learn while they earn.
We pay travel as well as an hourly rate. All carers have a personal development plan, through which we support them.
